We will do everything in our power so that you have an enjoyable trip.
For any question related to lost baggage, flight cancellation or delays, you may contact our Customer Service Department. They are at your entire disposal, after your flight, to handle your claim in the shortest delay possible.

LOST OR DAMAGED BAGGAGE

APG Airlines can't be responsible in case of damages:

  • superficial or external
  • due to bad use of the bagage (overweighted...)
  • due to contact with water, rain or snow
  • due to the content of the bagage (fragile items, perishable articles...)
